This little muffin was the reason for the trip to San Diego. We have all resolved that any grandbabies born while my parents are in San Diego will be blessed in the mission home. Isaac and Tommy were blessed there. Eliza was baptized in San Diego as well. It's a sweet experience to be in the mission with my parents and have them there to share in these celebrations.Samuel, to whose sweetness I could dedicate an entire post, was in fine form with his cooing, thumb sucking and smiling. Caleb's mom and little sister were able to make the trek from Utah. Caleb has also an aunt and uncle in Southern California that were able to participate. My mom invited some elders from the mission to share a musical number and then stay for dinner. These are such blessed occasions.
Luke and Noah were very reverent as they seemed to sense the spirit of the occasion. Isaac was a funny addition, loudly saying amen every time Caleb mentioned Jesus Christ in the prayer. Adelaide is an adoring and sweet big sister to Samuel and loved the blessing.

I am so glad you got those sweet sweet pictures of my sweet sweet boy. That was a fun weekend, wasn't it?
